Michael Schenker (* 10. Januar 1955 in Sarstedt) ist ein deutscher Rock-Gitarrist und Komponist. Seine Karriere begann Anfang der 1970er Jahre bei den Scorpions. Schenker gilt sowohl als genialer, gnadenlos schneller, melodischer, präziser und technisch sauberer Gitarrist, jedoch auch als versierter Songwriter.
